Most of the stuff you’re going to hear coming out of St. Paul these days is that bills are coming together in the end and deals are getting made. This is always a really scary time. What happens next is that we’ll be sitting here, a deal will be made, and we’ll have to decipher what it means. We will have very little time to read it before we vote on it.
