Right now, we’re working to pass a ballot initiative to defeat Citizens United once and for all here in Montana. This is the blueprint for other states to do the same – in fact, we’re active in all 50 states – so we have ways for everyone to get involved.

In our webinar, we’ll go over three practical, high-impact ways supporters across the country can help advance this initiative and how the work expands from coast to coast. We believe this campaign should be accessible to everyone, so we have multiple ways for you to participate in the movement!

Transparent Election Initiative is working to pass a ballot initiative that redefines corporate powers in our state to exclude political spending. The goal is to apply our blueprint across all 50 states.

To get it done here in Big Sky Country, we will need to start collecting signatures as soon as the state certifies our initiative filing, and we want your help to collect 100,000 signatures.

Together, we can get The Montana Plan on the 2026 ballot and get one step closer to defeating Citizens United.
