The most important election of our lives is 78 days away, and Trump has not been shy about his obsession with flipping Minnesota red. He’s made no secret of how low he will go to try to do it either.
On Friday, Trump admitted on national television that he is undermining the United States Postal Service to suppress mail-in voting. He does not want our democracy to work, because he knows that if it does, he will be soundly rejected and his shameful joyride of a presidency will be over.
Our movement has always focused on the exact opposite. We’ve organized for more than 15 years to increase voter turnout because we know that higher voter turnout means better outcomes for people.
With Trump coming to Minnesota today to spread lies, hate, and division across our state, our work is needed more than ever.
We are working to expand our organizing presence immediately to support our allies up and down the ballot. We just need to hit our $10,000 budget target by midnight so we can pull it off, and right now, my campaign team tells me we’re still more than $3,700 short.
