This new law makes bias-motivated intimidation of first responders a crime.

Anyone for responsible for the death or serious bodily injury of a police officer, firefighter, or EMT, or anyone who causes damage of $500 or more to property owned by police and first responders, can be punished by up to five years in prison ON TOP of any other sentences.

The criminals have been emboldened by the left’s anti-police rhetoric. It’s time to make it clear that WE WILL NOT STAND for threats and attacks targeting our men and women who lay it all on the line to protect and serve.
