I was up and at ‘em before the sun came up checking in on our mid-month fundraising drive. We wanted to fill you in.

We’re less than six months out from Election Day, so we’re keeping a close eye on our fundraising numbers. To be honest with you, we’re off to a slower start than usual this month.

Listen, President Trump has repeatedly broken his promises to the American people.

He’s cost taxpayers $34.4 BILLION on gasoline and diesel alone since starting his illegal war of choice in Iran.

He’s made health care costs so astronomically high, some folks are skipping meals to afford their coverage.

And he’s given the largest upward transfer of wealth in our country’s history from the working class to the ultra-wealthy.

MAGA Republicans have refused to stand up to him. In fact, our opponent, State Senator Mark Baisley, has said that our biggest weakness is that we’re fighting Donald Trump!

He’s desperate to get his hands on this seat to rubber-stamp the president’s ruthless agenda. So we really can't afford to fall behind this early in the month.
