Folks, as governor, Phil will always stand up to the lawless Trump administration.

As Colorado's Attorney General, Phil has already had to stand up to the Trump administration's illegal acts over 60 times in court since his January 2025 inauguration. And he's winning — because the law is on his side.

Trump's federal government has tried to bully, intimidate, and attack Colorado by:

👎 Withholding SNAP funding, putting 600,000 Coloradans — many of whom are kids — at risk of hunger.

👎 Cutting funding support for our kids' mental health.

👎 Shrinking our Forest Service firefighter workforce — right before fire season.

👎 Ending birthright citizenship as we know it, threatening our rights and freedoms.

👎 Starving our transportation, law enforcement, and public health institutions of the funds they need to serve Coloradans.

Phil stood up for Colorado each of these times and won. He'll be the kind of governor who knows how to defend Colorado — even if it means taking on the federal government.
