Missouri Net News [link removed] Survey gives shape to Leadership Gathering
12,292 United Methodists from around the world responded to the 2026 Global Survey, which was sent out earlier this year. The survey asked respondents what they hope their congregations focus on most over the next 10 years, and 63% of respondents selected Youth and Young Adult Engagement. The results from this survey will play a key role in the bishops' 2026 Leadership Gathering in Calgary, Canada, as participants consider ways the denomination can: engage more youth and young people, improve discipleship formation and strengthen global connectedness.
