Today, Congressman Andy Biggs announced the endorsement of the
National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Fed PAC for
his re-election campaign.

Campaign


Gilbert, Ariz. - Today, Congressman Andy Biggs announced the
endorsement of the National Federation of Independent Business
(NFIB) Fed PAC for his re-election campaign. The NFIB represents
the voice of small and independent businesses in all 50 state
capitols and Washington, D.C. Congressman Andy Biggs and NFIB
State Director Chad Heinrich released the following statement:

"Arizona is a national and international hub for job growth and
economic development. NFIB represents the thousands of small
businesses in Arizona that make our state so stable and
prosperous. It is an honor to earn their support. As we work to
defeat the current pandemic, I will continue to advocate for
legislation that enhances the freedom for small businesses and

About Andy

Andy Biggs was elected to serve the people of Arizona's Fifth
District in 2016. He currently sits on the House Judiciary
Committee and the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee.
He serves as Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, Co-chair of
the Border Security Caucus, Chief Regulatory Reform Officer of
the Western Caucus, and Co-founder of the bipartisan War Powers
Caucus.

Prior to his election, Andy served in the Arizona State House of
Representatives for eight years, and in the Arizona State Senate
for six years. In 2012, Andy was elected Senate President. Andy's
record in the Arizona legislature earned him the "Champion of the
Taxpayer" award from Americans for Prosperity, and he has been
honored numerous times by the Goldwater Institute as a "Friend of
Liberty."

Andy is a retired attorney and is licensed to practice in
Arizona, Washington, and New Mexico. He received a B.A. in Asian
Studies from Brigham Young University, his M.A. in Political
Science from Arizona State University, and his J.D. from the
University of Arizona.

An Arizona native, Andy and his wife, Cindy, have lived in
Gilbert for the past 34 years. They have six children and are the
grandparents of six grandchildren.
