At the top of August we told you that this time of the year is historically hard to fundraise during. We’re about halfway through the month and so far what we feared has come true: so far we’ve only raised a fraction of what we had this time last month.
Here’s what you need to know: what we’re able to accomplish today is because of the resources we raised two or three months ago. It’s why we can’t afford to slow down during this last critical stretch before the most important election in modern history.
We need to keep the pressure up — whether it’s creating and disseminating new ads holding Trump accountable, supporting our veteran candidates in key battleground states, or pitching in to other important races and up and down the ballot, everything we do is powered by donations we get from emails just like this one.
