What if your car could monitor you, track your behavior, decide whether you are “safe” to drive — and even shut itself down?

Just imagine driving down the road and your car suddenly decides you’re no longer allowed to operate it.

Buried inside Joe Biden’s massive federal infrastructure law passed in 2021 is a mandate requiring new vehicles to include so-called “advanced impaired driving technology.”

Deep State supporters claim the technology is about safety, but you and I know it opens the door to unprecedented government surveillance and control over ordinary Americans.

And here’s the problem: technology is never perfect . . . and it violates our Fourth Amendment rights!

What happens when the system malfunctions?

What happens when software makes a mistake?

What happens when hackers gain access?

What happens when bureaucrats decide the rules should change?

What if a false reading leaves someone you love stranded on the side of the road?

What if your daughter is frantically trying to escape a violent thug but the system thinks she’s impaired and blocks her escape?

What if future administrations weaponize the technology against political opponents or dissidents?

And perhaps most important:
what happened to our right
not to be surveilled without a warrant??

These are not paranoid questions.
