Team — check out this headline from the New York Times:

Trump's rollback of auto pollution rules shows sign of disarray

Donald Trump and his Administration tried to quietly roll back Obama-era automobile emissions regulations -- attempting to put our government at the beck and call of oil companies.

So what did California do? We got governors across our nation, environmental groups, and auto companies like Ford together and agreed to our OWN emissions standards. Because we know that we can’t wait any longer to reduce pollution. Because we deserve clean air and a better environment. Because in California, we stand up for what’s right.

But standing up for what’s right can also mean being attacked for what you believe in. And if you’ve been paying attention the last few years, you can bet it’s only a matter of time before Trump throws his next round of attacks at us.

So now, I’m asking you chip in to support our fight for whatever comes our way. The more united we are, the stronger we will be:

Thanks for being on the right side.
