Today, in our second episode of The 50CAN Education Talks, we're bringing you a conversation that challenges what most people think they know about homeschooling in America.
Dr. Angela Watson is a researcher at the Johns Hopkins School of Education and the director of the Homeschool Research Lab at the Johns Hopkins Institute for Education Policy. When she started studying homeschooling, she found no one was methodically asking who homeschool families were or why they were choosing to educate their kids at home. Angela set out to separate facts from myths, and in this week's Education Talk, she shares what she's learned.
