Friend,

It's late and everybody on the campaign team is asleep.

I probably should be too. We've got an early start tomorrow, another
full day of stops, more handshakes, pictures and conversations with
people who are wondering if anyone in politics actually hears them
anymore.

But I can't sleep. So I figured I'd write to you instead.

I've been sitting here thinking about my boys. Theodore, Bennett,
Harrison. They're young enough that they really have no idea what this
race is about. They won’t for many years.

I think about what I want them to inherit. Not money. Not a title. I
want them to grow up in a country where a man can still stand on his
convictions and run straight at a fight, even when the odds are
stacked, even when the powerful line up against him - and still have a
shot. I want them to know that America is still that place.

THAT'S WHY I'M RUNNING SO HARD, WITH A SINGULAR FOCUS ON MAY 19TH.

Not for a career or a political party or some big donors.

FOR MY BOYS. FOR MY FAMILY. FOR YOURS. FOR THE COUNTRY WE BOTH KNOW
THIS STILL CAN BE.

Each day brings us closer to May 19th. I'm asking you to stay in this
