The National Republican Congressional Committee can’t keep Mike’s name out of their mouth. In fact, they’ve mentioned him a half dozen times in the past months.

There’s something uniquely threatening to Republicans about our campaign’s progressive momentum. They know that when we take them on head-to-head about important issues like health care and voting rights, they lose every time.

So instead, they have to resort to Trumpian name-calling tactics — the NRCC loves to refer to Mike as “Crazy Mike.”

Name-calling and disingenuous smears are transparent attempts to blunt Mike’s momentum — but we have to make sure they don’t work. Will you chip in to our $10,000 Rapid Response fund before midnight so we have the resources to counter these attacks?

This is nothing but a sign of what’s to come — with dark money Republican groups placing ad buys in our district, there’s no telling what attacks will come next. We have to be ready.
