Team, it’s Roger Lau. I’m reaching out to update you on our progress this month, and what comes next.

Democrats need to flip four Republican seats to take back control of the Senate this November. That means we’ll need to win races in states like Texas, North Carolina, Ohio, and Alaska. To take back the House, we’ll need to hold the seats we have and flip at least three more.

It’s a big task. That’s why we’re focused on registering hundreds of thousands of new Democrats in battleground states like the ones I just mentioned, investing in state parties and campaigns, and taking the Trump administration to court to protect your right to vote.

When you claim your DNC membership, you’re helping us build the largest midterm operation in our party’s history.

It’s not going to be easy, but we’re going to win the midterms. The future of our democracy depends on it.
