Friend,
We received some HUGE news this week in our fight against the National Firearms Act.
The court just set oral arguments in Brown v. ATF for June 18th, which means FPC is now just weeks away from a major courtroom showdown with the ATF over one of the most abusive federal gun control schemes ever forced on peaceable people.
Brown is a critical piece of FPC’s broader NFA legal blitz and now that the hearing is on the calendar, the clock is running.

The ATF’s attorneys are going to fight like hell to preserve this tyrannical scheme. That means we need to be ready to answer them in court, tear apart their arguments, and convince the judge to rule the right way.
That preparation has to happen now.
Briefing, argument prep, legal research, strategy, coordination, and the next wave of work all have to be ready before June 18th. We do not get to show up halfway prepared when we are taking on the ATF and the NFA in federal court.
That’s why we need you to step up right now, Friend.
Please make a contribution of $1,000, $500, $250, $100, $50, $25, or whatever you can right now to help FPC prepare for this hearing, keep the pressure on the ATF, and continue pushing our NFA legal blitz forward. <[link removed]>

And don’t forget, when you make a contribution to fund this and our other fights, you’ll also be entered to WIN a Canik SFx RIVAL-S.
Friend, this is not just another case update.
This hearing is now on the calendar. The date is set. And FPC has just weeks to make sure we are ready to bring everything we have into that courtroom.
