I am writing to you today to deliver an important piece of news about the Edward M. Kennedy Institute.
As described in the article in the Boston Globe on August 5th, the Institute is embarking on a major new initiative called JUST VOTE to bring awareness to voting and drive increased voter participation: Edward M. Kennedy Institute Launches National JUST VOTE Campaign, with Help from MLK’s Son
Our country is at a critical juncture, and voting is the most significant issue right now related to democracy in the United States.
In the coming weeks, we will be launching a virtual exhibit on voting, which will serve as an easily accessible hub for voting related news, historical references, digital civic engagement, and links to like-minded voting organizations, initiatives and key resources.
