This is something you don’t always see in campaign emails.

On the farm, not every job is pretty. Things will break, and you have to be ready to clean the mess you probably didn’t plan for. Sometimes, it’s literally the manure system acting up.

But it’s part of the job I love.

As a farmer, you don’t get to look the other way or wait around for someone else to fix it. You roll up your sleeves, and you get to work.

That’s exactly the mindset that is missing in Washington:

For too long, politicians have turned their eyes away from the people that they’re meant to represent. They play the blaming game instead of finding solutions. And choose to focus on headlines and power instead of fixing what’s broken.

But being a farmer has taught me the opposite:

🌱 Show up early and stay until the job is done
🚜 Take responsibility when things go wrong
🌾 Work through tough conditions, no excuses
🐄 Do the work others won’t, because it needs to get done

I believe that’s exactly what being in Congress requires.

The North Country deserves someone who understands what it means to work with their hands, solve real problems, and put people before petty politics. That’s why I’m running.
