Donald Trump is terrified. He might not admit it on Twitter, but he’s seen the polls showing Joe Biden and Kamala Harris surging. 

So it’s no surprise that his behavior is growing increasingly erratic—if he can't win the election fair-and-square, he's going to do everything he can to undermine its legitimacy. He's crippling the postal service, spreading racist conspiracy theories about Kamala, and attacking vote-by-mail.
