Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) has launched the Community Partner Program (CPP) offering Texans an alternative and more accessible way to obtain their HHS benefits. GCPD recognizes the value of this initiative as an essential resource for all Texans. We have invited Texas HHS to showcase the Community Partner Program which is available statewide.
This session will provide a brief overview of the CPP and highlight the services that may be useful when supporting people with disabilities. Attendees will learn how the CPP supports meaningful access to HHS benefits, such as Medicaid and SNAP, and what to expect when working with Community Partner organizations. During the hour-long webinar, you’ll be able to ask questions and provide feedback.
