There is no doubt that this is a highly competitive race. What was presumed by many early on to be a safe seat for Pete Stauber is quickly looking to be a toss-up.

Recent poll data and political analysts determined that with a little more voter outreach, we can make this a slim 1-point race.
Inside Elections ranked this as a "race to watch" for a potential Democratic upset.
Last report, we were only a few thousand dollars short of outraising Stauber (he slightly outraised us because of his corporate PACs).
And last night, we were just shy of hitting our mid-month goal.
We have come so close so many times to hitting some major checkpoints in this race. We are almost there. Enthusiasm for Quinn is picking up, and we're right on the heels of catching up with Stauber and his wealthy, powerful friends.

This is a great path that we're on — but in November, there is no almost. It's either win or lose.

So if we're going to win, we've got to turn these almosts into accomplishments. And now, we've got less than 80 days to do it.
