John,
Last week, the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act.
South Carolina
Republicans didn't wait 24 hours to act on it. They're already moving to eliminate the district currently represent
ed by Jim Clyburn - the only Democratic district in the state - and redraw the map in a way that would strip about 350,000 Black voters of their representation in Congress entirely.
And while that's happening here, Trump is calling on states across the country to cancel ongoing elections so Republicans can get to work on new maps everywhere.
In South Carolina, the Governor controls whether a special session of a state legislature can even be called. On my watch, there would be no redistricting schemes that disenfranchise Black voters.
If you believe that Democracy requires fair representation, will you chip in now to help me win this election and stop the GOP in their tracks? [[link removed]]

Nancy Mace has spent her career in Congress as one of Trump's most reliable allies. She voted against certifying the 2020 election, and she would have no problem calling a special session to redraw these maps the moment it served him.
Handing her the governor's office is handing Trump the pen on redistricting in South Carolina.
We can’t let it happen, John. Please chip in any amount you can to help me defeat Nancy Mace and protect our right to vote. [[link removed]]
Thanks,
Jermaine

I wasn’t born into power — I fought my way into it. I'm not a career politician or a wealthy insider. I'm a husband, father, and fighter who knows what it’s like to grow up with nothing and still keep pushing forward.
