Axios reported today that the United States is awaiting Iran's response to a one-page memorandum of understanding to end the war and set a framework for more detailed nuclear negotiations. The proposed agreement would reportedly commit Iran to halting nuclear enrichment, provide for mutual easing of Hormuz restrictions, and release billions in frozen Iranian assets — with the full blockade and U.S. military authority to resume operations preserved as backstops if a 30-day negotiation period fails.
Prime Minister Netanyahu
