Friend -- With Election Day fewer than three months away, there are at least four commonsense measures Mitch McConnell failed to fund as the country faces a public health emergency:

1. Expanding vote-by-mail and voter registration
2. Providing safe & healthy polling places
3. Increasing voter education
4. Funding the USPS

And as of yesterday, McConnell adjourned the Senate sending them home for August recess -- stalling any chance of passing these reforms this month. The Senate's failure to pass basic election protections is why AOTL gave it an "F" on its report card.

From urging individual states like Ohio to take action to secure local elections to calling on the Senate to pass election protection legislation like the HEROES Act, All On The Line supporters have been out-front demanding action to safeguard our elections.

Protecting our elections this year is the first step to electing leaders who will champion fair maps in 2021. But if millions of voters are unable to safely cast their ballots because of inadequate election protections, we may not achieve fair maps next year.

We can't let the Senate stonewall the funding for necessary election protections. If fair maps advocates lose elections this year, we could be looking at unfair elections for another decade..
