In just a moment, I’m going to ask you to make a donation to our campaign ahead of the mid-FEC fundraising deadline tomorrow. Please give me a quick chance to explain why this request is so important.

Our campaign has a slight lead in the polls right now, but Washington Republicans are throwing the kitchen sink at us. They’re spending nearly $50 million to defeat us and save Thom Tillis. And Mitch McConnell’s corporate donor network has already booked tens of millions in negative attacks.
