No one could hear her.
A young girl named Kristen was locked in an attic.
No windows. No fresh air. No way out.
The door was locked from the outside.
For months she lived there.
Alone.
There was no bathroom.
Just a bucket.
No shower. No clean clothes.
And the only time she left that attic was when she was sold for sex.
Over. And over. And over.
This is the reality of child trafficking.

Millions of children are trapped in exploitation around the world.
But Kristen’s story did not end in that attic.
One night she knocked on a hotel room door. Her trafficker had arranged and
forced her into another “date.”
But instead…she met a rescue team - Freedom Strike Force. They were working
alongside law enforcement to identify victims and traffickers.
When Kristen realized she was safe…
She collapsed into the arms of one of our female advocates.
Free.
Law enforcement then raided the house where she was held. Traffickers were
arrested. Kristen was taken to a safe place. For the first time in months, she
had a real bed and a hot meal.
She took the first step toward healing.
This rescue was possible because people chose to act.

The Sound of Freedom Foundation exists to stop the sale of God’s children.
Inspired by the film Sound of Freedom, the Foundation works around the world
toprevent trafficking, support rescue efforts, educate families, raise
awareness, and push for stronger laws that protect children.
Our mission is simple.
To stop the sale of God’s children.
And right now we are preparing a new mission, happening in just a few weeks
in Phoenix.
Our Freedom Strike Force partner will train local law enforcement for two
days, teaching them how to identify traffickers and victims hidden in plain
sight.
Then on day three…they go into the field.
Real operations. Real arrests. Real rescues.
