House Republicans and 42 Democrats just passed a 45-day extension of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).
That means the Trump administration can surveil and collect data on Americans without a warrant.
Now, Trump wants it renewed without added protections to silence opposition while waging a war of choice in Iran. We can’t give him that power.
