Chris, I want to introduce you to Rachel Bitecofer, an amazing Democratic election forecaster who's been in the news quite a bit of late.

Rachel is someone who reads the polls exceptionally well, rather than someone who actually executes individual polls. So Rachel is akin to Nate Silver at 538 or Harry Enten at CNN. She's one of the rare women in election forecasting, and we love her.

A self-described "data girl living in a data bro's world," Rachel's really accessible -- she's knows her data, no doubt, but she excels at explaining complicated polls in a way anyone can understand. I had her on our UnPresidented podcast for the second time earlier this week, talking about the latest polling around the 2020 election (and Joe Walsh), and I thought you might enjoy listening to the episode (it's free via the links below).

You can listen to this week's interview with Rachel here. And you can listen to our earlier interview with her here.

Here's a bit more on both interviews:

1. This week's interview:

Democratic pollster Rachel Bitecofer joins us again to talk about the 2020 election, Joe Walsh's candidacy (and why it matters), the issues Democrats should focus on (from the economy to overall anti-Trump angst), and more. As always, an enjoyable and high-info discussion that I know you'll enjoy.

2. Last month's interview:

In this episode, we talk about why the numbers say Trump will lose, whether it matters who the Democratic nominee is (Rachel explains why Bernie's Sanders poll numbers have been so relatively anemic: blame Elizabeth Warren), whether any Republican voters will abandon Trump (and whether it even matters), why Trump is in trouble in the Midwest, and what's going to happen with the House and Senate in 2020 and 2022. Rachel also explains that the Brett Kavanaugh battle actually energized Democrats far more than it did Republicans in 2018, so it didn't hurt us at the voting booth. Just a great interview, you'll enjoy this one.

Have a great weekend, JOHN
