Hi , John, It’s Lauren Underwood, and I’m one of the Red-to-Blue co-chairs at the DCCC. I know firsthand how important strong candidates are to winning elections. That’s why I’m writing to you now to ask you to support these eight Red to Blue Democrats. Here’s why these races are so important :

#1: Extremist Republicans have stripped away protections and made life harder for working people. Healthcare premiums, grocery prices, and utility costs are all going up for many Americans. We need change.

#2: Trump and GOP groups have already raised over $2 billion to protect their majority. They know their policies are deeply unpopular and are turning to megadonors and redistricting schemes to prevent voters from having their voices heard. We must fight back.

#3: The Cook Political Report estimates that there are 14 Republicans in Toss-Up districts. To take back the House, we just need to flip three of these seats. We can do this together.

These eight Democrats were just added to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s Red to Blue list because they represent our best chance at flipping the House this November. They are all dedicated fighters and public servants in their communities, committed to a better, more affordable America.
