That's why we made the difficult decision to launch a massive voter information campaign. Voters need to know:

The suspension of elections under the “state of emergency” declaration currently only applies to the U.S. Congressional races in all 6 congressional districts.
- That there is still an election happening on May 16th for US Senate, Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, Public Service Commission, and five proposed constitutional amendments
- Not to throw away their absentee ballot
And at the same time, we are about to make a heavy investment in the legal effort for candidates filing lawsuits to challenge this decision.
We'll be honest. As one of the most underfunded parties in the nation, we didn't have the funds to make these decisions.
But in the last few days we've seen a massive surge of national support. And we're counting on that to continue so we can fund the operations needed to fight back against MAGA.
