SAY NO TO CORPORATE BAILOUTS

The Administration is reportedly preparing a $500 million bailout of Spirit Airlines, which would hand the federal government a 90% ownership stake in the company.

This is state-controlled economics, plain and simple.

By seizing a massive position in a private company, the government is picking winners and losers, distorting the market, and cementing a "too big to fail" mentality that forces taxpayers to subsidize failure. 

It is a dangerous, communism-lite step toward government-run enterprise. 

Spirit has been a failure for years – the company hasn’t recorded a profit since 2019, and it only accounts for 3.4% of domestic flights.

With a $39 trillion national debt, American families shouldn’t be forced to pay for a federal experiment in airline management. If we allow this to happen, the government will set a precedent that every struggling corporation in America is entitled to a taxpayer-funded lifeline.
