Republicans are playing politics with South Carolinians' health and safety. A global pandemic is no laughing matter, and it’s time for Donald Trump, Lindsey Graham, and Henry McMaster to stop treating this crisis like a joke. These three stooges demonstrate Republicans’ failed leadership:

• President Donald Trump has dismissed the severity of the virus from day one -- claiming, "it's going to disappear.” As the cases surge across the US, he still doesn’t have a plan to get the virus under control.
• Senator Lindsey Graham is more focused on cutting federal unemployment benefits than passing legislation to assist struggling South Carolina families.
• Governor Henry McMaster wants to reopen schools unsafely -- putting students, teachers and staff at risk. He’s pressuring the State Superintendent to only accept reopening plans that include in-person learning 5 days a week.

Trump, Graham, and McMaster’s reckless actions endanger public health. With less than three months until the election, we need all hands on deck to defeat these Republicans and their allies. Can you pitch in $10, $25, or $50 to support our fight?
