One of our multiple right-wing opponents running for California’s 28th Congressional District is continuing to launch personal smears against Adam, calling him a “liar,” a “leaker,” and a “national disgrace.” This time in an interview with -- you guessed it -- Fox News.

After he smeared Adam’s character with name-calling and insults taken directly from Trump’s own tweets, this opponent then went on to make it clear who he is: a far-right Trump Republican.

Not only did he say he believes in this president, but he claimed he’s “one of the most vocal supporters of Donald Trump in California” and that “God was smiling on America the day Donald Trump was elected.”

Seriously.

It’s no wonder why this guy has a problem with Adam, who’s worked tirelessly to hold President Trump accountable to the people and rule of law, as he’s attacked our values, embarrassed our country, and shamelessly reaped financial rewards from his position in the Oval Office.

We know this Republican candidate is too extreme for California, team, but he’s already bragging about his campaign’s small-dollar fundraising success, declaring this a “money game.”

Well, if he thinks this election is a money game, let’s show him that we can play.
