According to our analytics team, out of the thousands of people who open
emails just like this, only .033% actually make a donation.

That’s about one person out of every 3,000.

Those contributions fuel our work here at DFA -- and give us the resources
to impact races all across the country, replacing Trump Republicans and
bad corporate Democrats with powerful progressive leaders. Every
endorsement we make, every campaign staffer we train, every voter we
contact, and every single candidate we put over the top on Election Day is
directly funded by members like you.

But even at this critical time, August has been one of the worst months of
fundraising this year. People are using these last few weeks of summer to
take vacations and relax by the pool (as they should!), but that means our
numbers are taking a pretty big dip -- just before we need to hit the
ground running for the “Labor Day to Election Day” rush in Virginia and
the Presidential primaries begin.

Now, if we can just get one or two more people in every 3,000 to make a

then we’d have the funds we need to provide critical support for
candidates we’ve endorsed in battleground states and targeted districts.

It’s as simple as this: the more money these emails bring in and the more
resources we have, the more likely we’ll be able to flip Virginia blue in
2019 and expand the majority in the House, flip the Senate, and take back
the White House in 2020.
