The Supreme Court just gutted the Voting Rights Act:

[2]U.S. Supreme Court weakens key pillar of Voting Rights Act, opening the
door for Texas to redraw political maps

The Supreme Court is making it harder to stop discriminatory maps, harder
to protect voters, harder to keep the promise that every eligible voter
gets a say.

Republicans want us discouraged and exhausted. They want us to believe
there’s nothing we can do to fight back.

But while we don’t control the Supreme Court, we do control how we use the
time left to us to overcome this attack on our country.

Powered by People is spending every day reaching the voters Republicans
are trying to silence. We’re meeting people where they are. Helping them
register or update their registration. Talking with them about what’s at
