Say what you will about the Democrats’ insistence on keeping the schools closed. They at least deserve credit for being consistent in their hostility to school choice – no matter the circumstance...
When we've argued for school choice in the past, Democrats and corrupt teachers' unions have insisted that school choice, in any form, would hurt students, taxpayers, and the public school system.
Now that we are arguing for the choice to attend in-person classes, based on the science saying that the risk of death or hospitalization for children with the virus is minimal, they insist again that this form of school choice would hurt students, taxpayers, and the public school system.
If anything is certain, it is that Democrats' ignorance to the facts and reality of the situation is consistent.

All of which have been insisting, without evidence, that Hydroxychloroquine is not a valid treatment for the coronavirus -- and therefore, they believe should be banned as a treatment.
Despite the fact that a Professor of Epidemiology at Yale School of Public Health, a sitting Congressman and many others have verifiably demonstrated that it is indeed a potentially valid treatment, Democrats unfounded insistence has been incessant.

This week Joe Biden finally emerged from the basement to announce whom his campaign had selected to be his running mate. Much to Biden's surprise, they chose Senator Kamala Harris, who had just completed her own disastrous and failed attempt to run for President. And in the process of doing so, she had disparaged Joe Biden, inferring that he was racist and guilty of sexual assault.
Yet, despite this, she agreed to join his Presidential ticket as his VP candidate. Meaning one of two things is true: either power corrupts or she didn't believe any of it in the first place. Which of these it is, the world will never know...
But, nevertheless, Joe Biden's running mate is now officially Kamala Harris, and the media is working overtime to paint her as a “moderate.” Their job is going to be tricky, though, because on one hand, she painted herself as a “law and order” District Attorney and Attorney General, and now… the Democrats hate law enforcement.
On the other hand, she is as radical as any of the rabid left on every issue from taxes, to “climate change,” to health care, immigration and border security, and on and on. Oh, and now she sides with violent rioters, calling them, “a coalition of conscience.”
Americans need to know what they’re really getting with a Biden/Harris ticket.
