Hi there,

Many of the most restrictive, invasive, and unconstitutional abortion laws in America have come out of Republican-controlled state legislatures.

So we've put 11 state legislative chambers On Notice for 2020.

Donate $3 now to help FLIP these 11 Republican-majority state legislative chambers and stop abortion restrictions in their tracks:

Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, and Pennsylvania: each of these states' legislatures have recently introduced alarming and unscientific anti-choice legislation, including six-week abortion bans and attempts to legally define abortion as murder.

Iowa House Republicans even tried to pass a law that would force women to choose either cremation or burial of fetal remains after an abortion.

The most terrifying thing about anti-choice laws passed at the local level? They are part of an intentional, coordinated strategy to challenge Roe v. Wade before the Supreme Court. And with our current conservative-learning Court, that's not a risk we can take.

That's why we've put 11 state legislative chambers On Notice this election cycle and endorsed dozens of amazing pro-choice Democratic women to run against state House and Senate Republicans in their communities.

Donate $3 now to help flip these anti-choice Republican chambers and shore up protections for reproductive rights -- both in these eight states and all across the country:
