Dear friend, Again, thanks so much for your continued support, I truly appreciate it. There are only 80 days left until election day and I need your help to contact voters! As you may remember, in 2018, we lost by one vote on election night and pulled ahead with mail-in ballots two weeks later but by only 373 votes out of over 50,000 casts. My election in 2018 is a perfect example of how important each and every phone call made, letter sent, yard sign placed and vote is. This election will be another tight-race and we will need to fight for each and every vote. Once again, we have an extreme, out-of-touch opponent who does not represent the views of our area. I know we can win again, but I need your help! I wanted to invite everyone to a weekend of action that I’m hosting this weekend! Our goal is to make calls to 1000 voters over the next few days. Do you think you could help us out for a few hours? We will be calling during the following shifts: Sat., Aug. 15 noon – 2 p.m. Sat., Aug. 15 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. Sun., Aug. 16 noon – 2 p.m. Sun., Aug. 16 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. You can sign up for a shift HERE. Once you sign-up we'll send over the zoom link for your shift. Before each shift we will offer a quick training and at the end of each shift we will have a debrief to talk about the conversations we had with voters and share tips and strategies to make a good voter contact.
