Request for Information - Youth and Family System of Care Enhancement

We are seeking community input on innovative approaches to increasing family-centered supports and treatments that provide holistic, integrated care to children, youth, and families. The children’s system of care remains fragmented in many parts of the state, creating a burden on the family unit to coordinate care and navigate service delivery systems. This is an opportunity for community members and agencies to provide ideas to enhance youth and family systems and assist in finalizing future scopes of work and/or requirements that may be used at a future date in the issuance of a funding opportunity.
