People in Louisiana already voted. Absentee ballots were in. Early voting was about to start. And yesterday, their crazy MAGA governor just stopped it.

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 to gut the Voting Rights Act. Louisiana Republicans used it to suspend their House primaries and redraw the maps. Their goal? Eliminate Black-majority districts. Erase Democratic seats. Rig the midterms.

Trump posted thanking the governor "for moving so quickly." Tennessee and Alabama are next.

Votes that were already cast? They don't count now. That's where we are.
​

They can't win fair, so they change the rules. They can't win, so they silence the voters instead. We have to fight like our democracy depends on it. Because it does.
