Hello!
In February, Missio Alliance wrapped up its third Sustaining Women in Ministry Cohort ([link removed]) —and the response was clear: women serving the Church deeply need sacred spaces of encouragement, equipping, and connection. At the heart of Missio Alliance is a commitment to champion the callings of women faithfully serving God’s Kingdom, and so we're excited to announce the launch of our fourth 6-month cohort beginning September 2026.
This cohort brings together a small, diverse group of women for a shared journey of growth, reflection, and support. Through teaching, peer mentorship, and intentional community, participants are invited to deepen their sense of calling, strengthen their leadership, and cultivate rhythms that sustain them in ministry.
This cohort is designed for women actively serving in ministry, especially those who may feel isolated and are longing for a supportive community of like-minded women leaders.

* In-person retreat experience

Applications are now open and due by August 5, 2026. Spots are limited to 10 and open to women of all ages.
