Hey there,

In just a moment, I’m going to ask you to [ [link removed] ]make a donation toward my
April fundraising goal. But before I do, I want to give you a recap of
what I’ve been working on this month.

It’s been a busy month of defending Wisconsin’s best interests in the
Senate. Trump’s reckless war in Iran — and the pain it’s causing here at
home — took center stage.

This illegal war is costing over a billion dollars a day by most
estimates, and Donald Trump has no plan for ending it. I led a war powers
resolution that came to the Senate floor last week. It failed, but I will
keep working to get Republican senators to stand up and use their
authority.

Meanwhile, I’m continuing to hold the USPS accountable to millions of
Wisconsinites who rely on its services, pressing Postmaster General David
Steiner for answers as to why it is taking weeks for mail to be delivered
to some Wisconsin communities.

Millions of Wisconsinites rely on the Postal Service to stay in touch with
loved ones, pay bills, receive much-needed medications, and cast their
votes. We have a duty to find solutions to these difficulties for the
people we serve.

Likewise, we have a duty to those who have served this nation. The
administration announced its plans to overhaul the VA, and I’ve demanded
that Veteran Affairs Secretary Doug Collins provide details about these
plans and their impact on veterans’ services. Local communities need to
know that access to care will not be compromised through the pursuit of
administrative efficiency.

Finally, I’m working to make sure all Packers fans can tune in to the
game. I’ve introduced a bill to make it cheaper for people to watch their
favorite teams by prohibiting league-owned streaming services, such as
MLB.TV or NBA League Pass, from blacking out games and by requiring the
leagues to provide a way for local fans to watch their home-state teams.

I’m fighting to deliver for working families in Wisconsin and to elect
Democrats up and down the ballot in Wisconsin.
