Hey friend — Three things.

1. I told you a few days ago that our campaign is having a really slow month of fundraising. We need people to step up and chip in if we are going to hit our goal before tonight’s midnight deadline.

2. These deadlines and goals aren’t arbitrary — our campaign has to budget for everything we do, and we set goals to make sure we can afford what we need to run a winning campaign operation.

3. Every dollar we raise goes back into our work to organize against ICE, hold the Trump administration accountable, and win over the votes we need to take the majority in Congress in this year’s midterms.
But here’s the problem: Despite all of these good reasons to chip in, our fundraising is still way behind where we need to be before midnight.

I’m starting to wonder: Is there anything I can say to convince you to help me out tonight? I need you.

Make a contribution to my campaign and help us out before our midnight deadline. It doesn’t matter how much you chip in, as long as everyone does their part to power this campaign and the movement for democracy, affordability, and justice for all that we are building together.
