I know that if you get fundraising emails, this probably isn’t the only one you’ll get today. Plenty of people are going to be asking for money to reach their end-of-month deadlines.
Unfortunately, because of how the current (broken) system works, I have to do this for now. But here’s a promise I’ll make to you: if I am in Congress — I will fight to get money out of politics.
No more stock trading, no more Super PACs, and no more corporations in our elections. I can absolutely promise you that I will fight back against the overwhelming influence of money in Congress right now.
That’s why I’m not taking any corporate PAC money. But that means in order to win my race in MT-01, I’m relying on small dollar donations from people like you. 95% of donations to our campaign are from grassroots donors, people pitching in $15 or $25 at a time. That’s how we win this.
And with my end-of-month fundraising deadline coming up at midnight, we need to show the power of working people right now so we can prevent Ryan Zinke’s hand-picked successor and his super PAC backers from taking this seat in November.
