I couldn't be prouder to be endorsed by the Southern Poverty Law Center Action Fund.



John, the Southern Poverty Law Center has become a prime high value target of Donald Trump's weaponized Department of Justice—indicted on Trumped up charges of fraud, conspiracy, and money laundering last week.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has been a catalyst for racial justice in the South and has an over 50-year history of fighting extremist hate groups. During that time, they've worked alongside the federal government to dismantle these groups using insider knowledge.


This intimidation in the courts is just another way for Trump to uphold his white supremacist values, undermine the progress we've made for racial equality across the United States, and make it more difficult to hold bad actors accountable.

Just like the Southern Poverty Law Center, I won't stop fighting to defend everyday Americans from Trump trying to send us back in time.
