Yesterday, the battle to restore your Fourth Amendment rights suffered a setback.

BUT THE BATTLE IS FAR FROM OVER.

First the bad news.

The Republican controlled U.S. House caved on FISA Section 702 yesterday, passed a 3-year renewal, and sent it to the U.S. Senate.

They BLEW the best opportunity in years to END warrantless surveillance of innocent Americans.

After weeks of wheeling and dealing by anti-liberty Deep State lackeys and Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), many Republicans flipped to a “yes” vote in exchange for including a CBDC ban in the bill.

These foolish Republicans believed attaching a good bill to a “must pass” bad bill would give them some sort of victory. . .

They were very wrong!

BUT THE FIGHT CONTINUES.

The U.S. Senate has made clear they will not pass the House version of Section 702 renewal, which means whatever passes the Senate will have to go back to the House.

Many senators – from both sides of the aisle – don’t like the fake “reforms” in the House version . . . and some do not like the CBDC ban since it has nothing to do with FISA.

That means you and I still have a real chance to get a warrant requirement into FISA or FORCE it to expire.

That’s why I need you to call BOTH of your U.S. Senators at 202-225-3121 now and DEMAND they oppose FISA renewal unless it includes a warrant requirement BEFORE the feds can spy on innocent Americans.

Tell them to VOTE NO on phony “reforms” that do nothing to protect your Fourth Amendment rights.

Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) has floated THREE possible plans for moving 702 renewal through the Senate.

He may strip the reforms from the House version or put forward the Senate “clean” renewal. . .

. . . or Thune might force through a 45-day extension to the law giving them more time to hammer out the differences.

No matter what path Thune chooses, he only has until midnight tonight before FISA Section 702 expires, so your action is critically needed RIGHT NOW.

Patriot, apologists for the Surveillance State are outright LYING when they tell you Section 702 of FISA is only used to spy on foreigners in foreign lands. . .

. . . if that were true, they wouldn’t be fighting so hard against a warrant requirement before they can spy on Americans!

They refuse to acknowledge the MILLIONS of times the law has been used to illegally spy on innocent Americans!

They’ve used Section 702 to stalk ex-girlfriends. . .

They’ve used Section 702 to target reporters. . .

They’ve used Section 702 to spy on campaigns of dissident political candidates. . .

They’ve used Section 702 to scrutinize grassroots advocates and organizations like ours that didn’t toe the party line. . .

In all of these cases and MORE, the victims were Americans, living in America, and they were innocent of any crime!

Your action RIGHT NOW could make all the difference!
