If you know anything about me you know High Speed Broadband Internet access is one of my absolute favorite topics. When the team and I began discussing what our first policy rollout should be I immediately knew it had to be broadband.
Broadband is essential to providing equal opportunity to every Virginian in the 21st Century, but I also know that reliable internet access is not a constant across our district. In fact, in rural Virginia, more than 25% of residents have no internet service providers at all, and about half have only one choice. Even where service is available, it’s often slow and unreliable.
I want to connect with all voters, wherever they are, which means continuing to make our events as accessible as possible, whenever possible. Join me this Saturday for a Tele-Town Hall and hear about my plan to bring broadband to every household:
