** New Sexual Harassment Policy

The New York Young Republican Club is committed to fostering a safe, productive, and enjoyable environment for its members and guests. To ensure this type of environment of mutual trust and respect, the Club has a zero tolerance policy for harassment or sexual harassment.
Therefore, we are announcing the adoption of a new Sexual Harassment Policy ([link removed][UNIQID]) for our meetings, events, social gatherings, and any activities deemed beyond the central activities of the Club but within the context of or following any of the aforementioned Club events.

To Gabriel Montalvo On His Republican National Republican Assembly Promotion

The New York Young Republican Club would like to congratulate our own Activism Chair on our Board of Governors, Gabriel Montalvo, on his recent promotion from Vice Chair of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly of New York to the North East Regional Director of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly. We look forward to continuing to partner and work with the Republican National Hispanic Assembly towards our shared goals of re-electing President Donald J. ** New Amendment To The Club Bylaws
------------------------------------------------------------
The Board of Governors of the New York Young Republican Club proudly announces an amendment to the Club’s Bylaws to establish a new position on the Executive Board: Corresponding Secretary. The Corresponding Secretary will be the Club’s Chief Marketing Officer and will serve on the Executive Board alongside the President, Vice President, Treasurer and the (newly renamed) Recording Secretary.
President Gavin Wax nominated former Communications Chair Alexandra Fasulo to fill the new role for the remainder of the term. The Board of Governors approved this nomination.
In addition to establishing the new position on the Executive Board, the Amendment also elevated the status of three ad hoc committees, Activism, Design, and Philanthropy, to the status of standing committees. Design Chair Jonathan Doucette and Activism Chair Gabriel Montalvo will now serve with full rights and privileges on the Board of Governors.
