FAFO: JAMES COMEY INDICTED AGAIN

Former FBI Director James Comey is learning that actions have consequences.

The DOJ secured a federal indictment against Comey over his May 2025 social media post showing seashells arranged to spell “86 47” — an obvious call to take out President Trump, the 47th president.

Comey is charged with making a threat against the president and transmitting a threat in interstate commerce. He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted on both counts.

“Threatening the life of the president of the United States will never be tolerated by the Department of Justice,” Acting AG Todd Blanche said.

After news of the indictment broke, Comey declared his innocence and said he’s not “afraid.”

IRAN IS GETTING DESPERATE

President Trump’s pressure campaign on Iran is working.

Trump revealed Tuesday that Tehran officials informed the U.S. they are desperate for a deal to re-open the Strait of Hormuz because the country is on the verge of “collapse.”

“Iran has just informed us that they are in a ‘State of Collapse,’” Trump said. “They want us to ‘Open the Hormuz Strait,’ as soon as possible.”

While Trump has repeatedly demonstrated openness to strike a deal, Iran has so far refused to give up its nuclear ambitions — a red line for Trump.

DR. FAUCI’S RIGHT-HAND MAN INDICTED

Justice will not be denied.

A federal grand jury on Tuesday indicted Dr. David Morens, Anthony Fauci’s former top adviser, for allegedly hiding COVID-19 emails from federal FOIA requests in an alleged cover-up scheme.

Morens used personal email to evade transparency laws while running interference for EcoHealth Alliance, the firm funneling U.S. money to the Wuhan lab, the indictment claims.

“Accountability is coming,” Republican Sen. Rand Paul said.

VIRGINIA DEM GERRYMANDER STALLS

Democrats can’t catch a break in Virginia.

The Virginia Supreme Court on Tuesday denied a motion from Democrat AG Jay Jones to certify last week’s redistricting referendum, leaving in place a lower court ruling that blocked the Democrat-drawn map from taking effect.

The court will rule on the merits of the case soon, but this decision, according to former Virginia AG Ken Cuccinelli, is a bad sign for Democrats.

“In the ‘tea leaves’ category, this is as positive a ‘tea leaf’ as one might imagine!” he said.

FBI RAIDS MINNESOTA FRAUD SITES

The Trump administration just put the Somali Fraud Scandal back in the spotlight.

Federal agents on Tuesday morning executed 22 search warrants across Minneapolis as part of a long-running investigation into the billion-dollar fraud schemes centered on Minnesota’s Somali community.

Most of the raids targeted childcare centers receiving Medicaid funding.

“The task force and the DOJ will be relentless in exposing these fraudsters wherever they may be hiding,” Vice President J.D. Vance said.
