At times like these, it's all too clear why we need bold leaders who put their communities first. That's why today I'm asking you to split a contribution between me and Jamaal Bowman.

I know Jamaal is going to be an excellent Congressman. For years as a principal in the Bronx, Jamaal has gone above and beyond for teachers, students, and families. And just like him, I, too, know exactly what it's like to invest 100% of myself back into my community, as an ordained pastor, a registered nurse, and an activist.

We've both won our primary campaigns with the help of our grassroots supporters and individual donors. Now, with the general election just a couple of months away, we're starting to build out the resources to win our elections and make The Squad 2.0 official.

Right now, folks all across the country are demanding a new generation of leadership and members of Congress who will disrupt the status quo and fight for change that's as big as our problems.
